- Conduct a competitive analysis in your market, including products, prices, promotions, advertising, distribution, quality, service, and be aware of the outside influences that affect your business.
- Seek help from other small businesses, vendors, professionals, government agencies, employees, trade associations and trade shows.
- Identifies needs and wants of consumers

- Aids in design of products that fulfill consumers needs
- Outlines measures for generating the cash for daily operation, to repay debts and to turn a profit
- Identifies competitors and analyzes your product’s or firm’s competitive advantage

Many people always come up with innovative ideas. But only a few among them are really working hard to attain their goals. We need to act in we want to achieve what we’ve outlined in our business plan in order to succeed.
