For those who have not filed a claim yet, go to the CAP office nearest you or email to cap1@cap.com.ph.

i recieved only 200 pesos for my cap educational plan since 2005…i have submitted all the requirement in cap batangas branch…. other documents in school returned back to me and said,filed all documents in cap batangas branch
I FILED A REQUEST FOR HELP PLUS AVAILMENT AT CAP PHILS.,INC.[LIPA CITY BRANCH] LAST FEBRUARY, BUT UNTIL NOW MY REQUEST STILL NO REPLY. WE NEED THIS CFEP TO SUPPORT SCHOOL EXPENSES OF MY DAUGHTER, INCLUDING HER TUITION FEES.

I have filed a claim for my son`s tuition. CAP gave me a payment vouchers only but no checks and these are dated way back Dec&June 2005 and Aug. 2006. What should I do to claim these.
i filed my claim 2008, now my daughter is on her 5th yr in college, no cap availment. please help us. my other plan is for my 2nd son, he is already 3rd year but until now, zero refund from cap for both plans.

What’s the use of having this space to write about our money na d nyo binigay after long long years of following it up.Pitse pitse ang bigay, cguro for me more than 5 years n ang last nyo bigay.I took the plan 0 age age group pa anak ko, now 18 years old na cya, your prominses of a good education service wala.. sana makonsyensia nman kayo, hirap kami mghanap ng pera at heto nakukuba pa rin kami for the school of our kids!!!!

how can we who haven’t filed a claim yet file a claim? is CAP still able to repay the plan holders?
these are hard earned money…paid to fulfill dreams…but instead it ruined everything..anyone who has a kind heart please do share any info that might help us..
I had 5 eductional plans all fully paid and 2 pension plans, 1fully paid and the other was not. I had them terminated year 2005 and so far I haven’t receive any pay out for even just 1 of them. People at Cebu branch said my name still at the waiting list for funding. Gracious goodness, I’ve worked soooo hard just to be able to pay them. . . . ..please don’t ignore us. Alam ko pong marami din ang gaya ko umaasa na maibalik ka hit half lang ang sabi dun sa computation nyo. We are still hoping. Thank you.
This is a hoax. If this is true i’m sure mine will be included. I’ve filed my claims already years back and kept on coming back many many times but nothing happens. They just ask you to comeback because they don’t have funds, but the checks are ready. What a crap. Its easy to blame the govt why this happens and i don’t see any result if something is being done.
