Personal Finance Management During Hard Times: A Modular Seminar is a step-by-step of learning how to start your personal journey towards independence during these challenging times. Each module discusses every step necessary for your personal financial journey. We explain the topic in a way audience will easily understand and appreciate.
Module 1, though not a pre-requisite, is highly recommended for starters. From there, you may decide which path to take. It will be your option to attend one, two or all the modules. We try to limit the number of attendees for every module so we request everyone interested pre-register. We will be developing more modules in the future to sharpen your saw.
Personal Finances 101
This two-hour module provides a personal guide in securing your financial future, applicable to all age brackets, so long as you are earning. This will help you identify exactly where you are right now in terms of your personal financial journey. It will also help you identify your net worth as well as we will guide you in how to establish your personal financial objectives. This module is applicable to those people who are on the Start-up and Build-up Phase in their personal financial journey.

Loans And Debts
Ever had a “Ready, set , credit!” mantra? This two-hour module will help you understand how it can be an ally and an obstacle to your personal financial journey. Discover how loans and debts can be a friend or a foe. This is highly recommended for those who have problems with credit cards and those who are about to take a personal, car, housing or business loans.

Investment 101
Are you the type who does not want to absorb high risks and wants a guaranteed return/income monthly or quarterly, or are you’re the risk taker type and targeting higher yield in your investments. Learn the fundamentals of investing and the right investment instruments suited for you. Educate yourself on the fundamentals of fixed income investments such as treasury bills and treasury bonds, and pooled funds such as mutual fund and UITFs. Know what they are and evaluate which of these instruments are best suited for you.
